CLEANING

Basic upkeep is the best defense to keep your AquaMat® carpet or flooring looking new. Maintain marine grade carpet face by hosing off or vacuuming regularly. Do not pressure wash. Use any non-solvent based, high-quality carpet cleaner to remove stubborn stains, always being careful to remove all cleaner residues with water. If you use a bristle brush, make sure to use soft bristles only, especially with the new AquaWeave materials. Stiff bristles and hard scrubbing may damage the surface texture and coatings.

WARNING

Lastly, an AquaMat® boat mat should dry completely before storing. When storing, always roll your AquaMat® boat mat carpet face out and NEVER fold.

WARRANTY

5 YEAR LIMITED warranty against defects of AquaMat® SugarHouse Industries warrants that this AquaMat® will not degrade or fade under normal intended use due to the defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of the original purchase of the AquaMat®. SugarHouse agrees to replace the defective AquaMat® with an equivalent or substantially similar grade of flooring, either for the affected area or the entire flooring surface containing the affected area, as determined by SugarHouse’s sole discretion. This warranty does not apply if: (a) the AquaMat® has been subject to abuse, misuse, accident, alteration, neglect or the application of improper cleaning agents or procedures; or (b) the flooring has been exposed to abnormal and extreme conditions, artificial or environmental, including light amplification from a reflective surface (c) tears, burns, pulls, cuts, pilling, or shredding. Additionally, this warranty extends only to the original purchaser and to no other persons or entities. This warranty is limited solely to the replacement of the defective AquaMat® with a like or substantially similar grade of flooring and specifically excludes any labor charge to remove the old AquaMat® installation charges to install new flooring, or any other miscellaneous labor charges.
