Sugar House was a pleasure to work with I couldn't be more pleased. Our covers are high quality and fit like a glove, I also ordered the tie down straps. We purchased a new home in New Mexico and our AC units were on the roof of the house behind some parapet walls. I've always covered my AC units in the winter but I didn't want to go up on the roof so I had my HVAC person measure the units when he did the inspection. I couldn't find a ready made size that would fit so I ordered two custom made AC covers from Sugar House. We've used them for boat canvas and re-upholstery and again for a motorized drop shade at the house.On one of our first experiences, I was caught up in traffic and did not get there in time to pick up our boat. The staff was understanding and arranged to have a forklift driver stop by and retrieve the boat for me. This was after normal business hours and the driver had already headed home.I was so impressed by this above and beyond attitude that I've actually used them as an example of superior customer service in presentations I've given to business leaders across the US.They have always provided excellent service!
