Great Customer Experience for a tiny $13.00 purchase. Last time I took the boat out, I broke a plastic connector on my Bimini top. The part is no longer being made, so my wife and I took the boat and the Bimini to Sugarhouse Awnings. I was prepared to schedule an appointment for a ~$100 repair.When we walked in, we were greeted immediately, and someone walked outside with us while we waited for a specialist to come see my boat and cover. Never was I left alone wondering what was next. We were offered, and accepted a bottle of water (hot day). The specialist found the parts we needed, took the time to find the hardware I would need to install them, and gave me clear directions. We spent less than $13.00, and I was able to install the new parts in about 10 minutes.Great service on the smallest of sales. This is a great organization that obviously makes their customer experience a top priority. Their usual sale has to be several hundred dollars, or several thousand. This experience makes me consider them more seriously for an awning for my back deck next year.
