Can't say enough about the job these guys did. It was a bit tricky because the deck was 20' up and there was a jacuzzi in their way. They came out, looked at it and told me no problem. There was a communication issue between us, as much my cause as theirs, and they didn't put up one panel I wanted. I called them and they were 100% on it. A week later, the panel was up. I used them for another deck cover 6 years ago and it's still working great today, so the material quality is what they claim it is. If you need deck covering that can stand 50-70 knot gusts like I get where I live, call these guys. They're good.read more

First visit to Sugar House industries. I needed an estimate on a compressor cover. Had a question about something totaly non awning related. They helped me with my situation, solved my problem. Good old CUSTOMER SERVICE. They could have just sent me on my way but they chose not to. Very impressive.read more
