We've used them for boat canvas and re-upholstery and again for a motorized drop shade at the house.On one of our first experiences, I was caught up in traffic and did not get there in time to pick up our boat. The staff was understanding and arranged to have a forklift driver stop by and retrieve the boat for me. This was after normal business hours and the driver had already headed home. I was so impressed by this above and beyond attitude that I've actually used them as an example of superior customer service in presentations I've given to business leaders across the US.They have always provided excellent service!read more
