During their visit, SugarHouse’s expert technicians will appraise and document the condition of your awning’s fabric, frame and hardware. Their findings and any diagnosed repair recommendations are included the detailed Awning Assessment Report you receive after their visit.
The Awning Assessment Report will help you budget for future maintenance or replacement requirements, while reducing unplanned downtime and associated revenue loss. In addition, as an Awning Guard member, our Priority 7-Day Service will get you up and running quickly should something break.

*Visual assessment will be scheduled by SugarHouse Industries (October – March). Calls requesting a technician to conduct an assessment are considered troubleshooting calls and are subject to standard rates. Awning Guard customers will receive priority placement for those calls.
