On time, courteous and efficient

We are very pleased with the shade panels installed by SugarHouse Awning. The sales person helped us select the best type of panels for our space and the process for getting the estimate and installation all went smoothly, other than some delays in the installation due to the shade fabric we selected being on backorder. The panels were a little more expensive than we had initially planned, but we decided it was worth it to have a high quality, sturdy product, with professional installation. We love the look of the roof top deck with the shade panels and it created a much more usable space for us.

They do amazing work. Repair was done 2 weeks before they promised.

Sugarhouse was so quick between the time I made my decision on fabric to the final install…and most importantly they look great!

Some of my seams came apart after a few years. They replaced all my seams at no charge. It’s refreshing to see a company stand by their work!

We ordered our Power awning, 4 weeks to the day it was installed, they 2 guys who installed our awning, were awesome, they were on time (actually a little early from the scheduled time), they did a great job on the install and in explaining the do’s and donuts. It was actually a great experience. The whole team were very easy to work with, which is what we had heard, it was true, the whole experience worked pretty seamlessly

Great communication, service, done ahead of schedule, great quality. They even returned emails regarding our project on the weekend! Totally unexpected. Thank you Brian, Blake and the installers for making our outdoor space more comfortable and extending the season.

I came into the store and was greeted by two staff members. They both were great.They got me a piece of material that was scrap and being throw away.I was able to get my project completed with their help. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Great service.

The quality of the awnings are great! The installers were knowledgeable and polite. The first day they were there till 7:00pm so we could enjoy the deck that weekend.

Sugarhouse recently replaced a retractable trellis shade for us. Both the remaking of the shade and installation looked to be fairly difficult. Starting with Dave’s first informative meeting with us, Sugarhouse took on-site measurements and photos and the resulting shade fit correctly, is very handsome and in every respect superlative to the original. Paul installed it unbelievably quickly and perfectly—on a very hot day! This is the third project we’ve worked with Sugarhouse on—each one resulted in fine craftsmanship with attention to detail, made our house much more comfortable and was a worry-free experience…an excellent job by an excellent company.
